PSR Manuscript Submission Quick Checklist
(if you can answer YES to all of the following, your manuscript is ready to be shipped to the journal)

1. Submission contains 2 hard copies (printouts), 1.5 inch margins, at least 11 point font size	YES or NO
2. Submission includes diskette with final text	YES or NO
3. Submission includes separate cover page with author's name, institutional affiliation, phone and/or fax numbers, and e-mail. The body of the work does not contain any personal identification elements, to facilitate double-blind peer review.	YES or NO
4. Submission includes c. 150-word abstract, in the language of the paper	YES or NO
5. Submission in Portuguese, Spanish, or French includes an English abstract	YES or NO
6. Footnote format complies with PSR style sheet (for examples, see here)	YES or NO
7. Submission contains signed copy of author copyright release (available for printing or download here)	YES or NO
8. All accompanying art-work (maps, drawings, diagrams, etc.) is camera-ready (for instructions see here)	YES or NO

Submissions by e-mail (MS Word, WordPerfect) are accepted, but please check with the Editors for requirements. Even when submitting by e-mail, authors are required to comply with points 3 to 7. Please be aware that if you do not comply with the basic requierements you may have to be billed for the actual work-time cost of note format changes and other adjustments.

If you need to send us large files, please ask us about the correct procedure. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DUMP FILES (GRAPHICS OR OTHER) OVER 1 Mb IN SIZE INTO OUR MAILBOX. WE SHALL SIMPLY ERASE THEM AND ASK YOU TO FTP THEM TO US. For FTP access instructions, contact the Editors.The PSR has all necessary facilities for uploading and handling digital artwork produced by the authors or their graphic artists (maps, diagrams, photographs, etc.).
