The PSR increased its rates, in the recent past, once only. In the now immortal words of The Bank of Canada: this is "... no inflation, only a 'normalization' of prices". For 2024, there shall be no further increase, despite notably volatile shipping costs (Canada Post) that reflect very hefty and inflationary government gas surcharges and carbon taxes. The Rate Card for 2025 will be released in September 2024. No increases are foreseen at this point, despite government policy. Please note that the "Rate Card" and "Subscription" webpages are now merged and there is just a single page loading under these links, which shows current rates and offers immediate ordering and payment.

To process a forward or retroactive subscription for a year other than 2024, just e-mail the PSR • • We shall invoice you digitally to the originating e-mail address.
